I’m not a fitness model, competitive bodybuilder, internet personality, or full-time “gym bro” — I’m a normal person just like you. My goal is to share what has worked for me over the years with others who also want to transform their overall health and wellbeing.
Back in 2020, I weighed around 130 pounds. I wasn’t strong, I wasn’t muscular, I had that skinny-fat look. I felt kind of flat, both physically and mentally. I didn’t have structure. I didn’t have much confidence, and I wanted to change that.
Over the next five years, I trained consistently, overhauled my nutrition, educated myself on the human body and its metabolic processes, and learned how to establish a permanent change in my lifestyle. Today, I weigh 175 pounds, my body fat ranges around 12%-15% depending on the time of year, and I have put on roughly 35 lbs of muscle. I have more energy, more confidence, and full control of my health.
The Alex Method is not a shortcut to your fitness goals. It is a collection of the best and most impactful workouts, meals, educational resources, and tools that got me to where I am today—paired with coaching and direct training support.
It’s a methodical, modifiable, and sustainable way to train, eat, and live better for people who want real results but don’t know where to start.
